HOW TO AVAIL HOUSE AND LOT.. STEP 1: Schedule Free Site Viewing – Call Now! 0950.350.2911/0917.126.2976 After you chose for the house model on your preferences, the next step will be the site viewing. It is done for you to personally witness the place, community and the house model itself. We offer everyday free site viewing according to your availability. If you are an OFW or currently based abroad, you can ask your available relative or representative to do the site visit in your behalf. During Site Viewing it is important to take note the house finishes and features, accessibility amenities and site future developments. Those are the major factors to consider in in buying a property. STEP 2: Select the Unit Once you have decided to reserve a particular house model, the next procedure is to select a unit particularly its Block and Lot. In choosing a unit you have to consider the following: HOUSE LOCATION: It’s distance to Entrance Gate, public transportation ,amenities and so on. HOUSE POSITION: Is the house facing east(morning sun) or facing west(afternoon sun. Is is important to choose the unit according to your preferences. STEP 3: Pay the Reservation Fee After choosing the particular unit and agreed on the computation, terms and mode of payment, you have to pay the reservation fee. Reservation fee varies defend on what house model you are going to reserve. It forms part of the downpayment, so whatever amount you pay for reservation will be deducted to the required downpayment. We accept mode of payment such as CASH for Reservation Fee. STEP 4: Submit the Requirements Once you reserve the unit, the Developer will give you 30-60days to submit all the requirements. Please take note that it is important to have ON-TIME SUBMISSION to avoid delays on Loan Application Process especially in Bank Financing. STEP 5: Pay the Monthly Downpayment Once you reserved a unit you have to pay the monthly downpayment 30days after the reservation date. Please take note that the Developer will require you to submit Post Dated Checks for your Monthly Downpayment. If in case you have no existing Checking account, the Developer will issue you Referral to RCBC Naga Branch so you can open checking account. Once you submit post dated checks all you have to do is deposit your monthly payment to your checking account before your due date to fund the check issued. STEP 6: House Inspection and Move-In Upon full payment of the Required downpayment , the Developer will advise the buyer if the unit is Ready for Inspection. Upon complying 3 inspections the Buyer will sign House Acceptance so they get the key of their unit..
